How to apply+
  1. Start with clean, dry, oil-free lower lashes.
  2. Lift a cluster with tweezers, holding it by the base.
  3. Dip the base in a lash bond and place it along the lower lash line, outer corner first.
  4. Space a few clusters out for soft definition, or set them closer for more drama.
